Our trip to the Basque Country (by Eva)

On our trip to the Basque Country I made a lot of new friends with the students. I love the students because they are so much fun. I always want to sit by them on the tour bus.

On this trip I went to the beach with students and found some really neat seashells. Then we went to this place where there is a blow hole. When big waves come in, it blows air up. One of the students, Laura, and I put our faces close and it blows your hair up. Here is a "before" picture and an "after" picture. Don't try it because you'll probably scream, but I didn't scream. All of the students were laughing so hard.

We also went to the Chillida Museum and park. (Mr. Steve likes the artist of these sculptures.) That is where I caught a real snake!! I got to hold it, but I didn't take it back on the tour bus. My friend Lindsey was surprised when I caught it.

Also, we went to Burgos. At night you would hate to be there because it rained so hard, but I loved it. We played in the rain and one of the students, Pepe, even did handstands in the rain too. His name is Alex (not my brother) but he wants us to call him Pepe.

Here is one more picture of me being funny with students.

Those pictures of Eva (before and after) are the coolest things I have ever seen! They're perfect!
