A visit to our apartment (by Eva)

You are welcome to visit our home.
I'm going to show you my favorite things about our apartment.

You can see me looking like I am swimming, but I'm really not. This is a swimming picture so that you can see that we live beside a swimming pool. It isn't our family's pool: it is for the whole neighborhood. We have to use cards with o
ur pictures on them. We swim lots.

Next picture. On the very top of our house we have a pool table. If you are thinking of a swimming pool, then you are wrong. This is the picture with the balls. We play pool a lot by rolling the white ball and hitting the others into the holes. Once I got 8 and Dad got 7, but Dad uses a pool stick.

This picture is called "Poking our heads out." Can you see me and my brothers? We're poking our heads out. These are the four levels in our apartment. My mom always says, "You can never play on the stairs. It isn't acceptable."

Here is our backyard where Simon and Alex teach me soccer lessons. We mostly do dribbles. You can see that the backyard is small. Mom says we are lucky to have some grass.
Thanks for visiting our house. Good-bye to all.

Rowan says "I miss you Eva. You showed your house really good. It looks like a fun place to live. I wish I could go swimming there with you. I like to swim with you. Remember when we went swimming at BYU? Those stairs look kind of scary but fun too. We only have 1 layer to our house, having 4 must be great! It's almost my birthday and I want you to come to my party. But Mom says you are too far away and maybe you can come next year.

I have a song for you:
I want to see you everyday
I hope you want to see me too
I want to be with you
I hope you have a very good day
I hope you have a very good day
I hope you have fun with your family
I want to tell you I want to see you
I want to see you everyday, but I can't
because you are too far away
And I am in Idaho
And you are in Spain"

Nathan says "It's so cool you can 'pool' twice. Once at a table and the other for swimming. What do your rooms look like? And which level are they on?"

ROWAN, HAPPY BIRTHDAY FROM SPAIN! I will bring you a present from Spain. I wish I could come there to your party. (When it is morning here it is the middle of the night in Idaho.) On the plane you have gross food because I didn't really like it so good, but it is fun looking out the window. It looked like a cloud of land because it was all cloudy. I miss you.
Love from EVA

What more do you need? A pool,a little grass? Does it get very cold there? Thanks for showing us your apartment and your yard and of course the pool! I heard that DT pool is closing down for campus expansion. We have had some good swims there.
Love the blog.
