A Spanish tortilla is one of the most common Spanish foods, both in restaurants and in homes. It is sort of a 2-inch thick omelette with potato slices in the middle. They can be yummy and filling. The best one I've had was homemade by of our relative, Begoña, in Gernika.
We asked Nicole if we could post these videos that she took. The first is sideways (weird), but it is a clip of the Spanish señora in her host home showing her how to make the perfect Spanish tortilla. Looks easy, no? The second video is Nicole giving it a try. The videos are short. (this is my first time posting a video, email me and let me know if there are technical difficulties or if it takes forever to load these)
If you couldn't tell in the confusion, the tortilla ended up on the stovetop.

The videos came through fine for us. The first one was weird cause it was sideways. Kind of made my eyes cross a little.
