As we wrap up the blog I just want to say, finally, what a thrill it has been to make connections with our relatives in the Basque Country. It is one of the things that I most cherish from our travels-from the fun in the summer to the visits when our family came with us in December.I credit David's inspiration and a willingness to overcome his usually shy manner
in making this all happen (a miracle really) and I am so grateful to have been a small part of this rich adventure. They have been so hospitable and loving to us and they are truly family now. What a deeply meaningful experience it has been and, as a said before, a testimony to me that genealogy can bring families together in surprising ways.
